Orders for handmade items and jewelry are final sale since each item is handcrafted for that specific order.
Damaged Items
Have a problem with your order? Send us a photo at contact@getcharmedbar.com and a member of our team will review it and get back to you.
Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items, the only returns or exchanges we can accept are on accessories. If there is nothing incorrect with the product or order. If the package is sent back due to an insufficient address, the customer is viable for shipping costs.
Wrong or Incomplete Orders
We sincerely apologize if there was any a mistake with your order. Please contact contact@getcharmedbar.com within the first 48 hours of delivery, please be sure to include the order number and any photos in your email.
